Barracuda Diving will not be reponsible for use by persons who are not certified divers, nor for misuse or negligent use by any person. All equipment is believed to be in good working order at time of shipment except as noted.  All regulators require periodic maintenance by qualified technicians.  Good working order is no replacement for required maintenance.

Buyer assumes all responsibility to ensure that the equipment is operating properly before use, and that maintenance service is performed by a qualified technician at recommended intervals. Buyer pays actual shipping charges.  All items shipped UPS ground service unless other carrier is requested.
